Hi, I'm Luki
I'm Luke Satterly, but most people call me Coach Luki. I train out of Holmes Place and John Reed here in Berlin, and I also coach people online. I believe that physical and mental well-being are interconnected, and my approach to personal training reflects this philosophy.
My mission is to guide my clients towards their fitness goals by providing a safe, supportive, and challenging environment. I empower my clients to push beyond their limits and unleash their full potential — so they don't just look good but feel good from the inside out. Happiness is derived through progress. Assessment
First, we sit down and talk. I want to know your goals, how you move, what your day looks like, and what you eat. This is where everything starts.
Custom Programming
Based on what I learn about you, I put together a training and nutrition plan that makes sense for your body, your schedule, and where you want to go.
Train Together
Whether we’re in the gym together or working remotely, I’m coaching you through every rep. I’ll fix your form, push you when you need it, and keep things fun.
Track & Adapt
We check in every week, track your progress, and adjust the plan as you grow. Your body changes, so your program should too.
